Devan Freeman studied Biology and Political Science and was very involved in the University of Portland community, most prominently in the Office of Admissions where she found her passion for higher education and social media. This led her to pursue a career in helping to tell the stories of the people and places around her. She is currently the Marketing Manager at Lewis & Clark College. She works on social media projects, revamping websites, and collaborating with her student workers.
