Advising

The College of Arts and Sciences Advising Suite is an office dedicated to supporting and assisting students in the College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Portland. The advising suite is located in Buckley Center 216, across the hall from the dean's suite.

The suite houses the offices of the associate dean for students and our academic program counselors.

We provide a variety of support and resources to ensure that our students remain on track towards the completion of their degree.  Such support includes: academic advising; assisting with registration; facilitate exams for students with academic accommodations; the approval and pre-approval of transfer credit; addressing issues of academic integrity; working with students on academic contract; assisting our ROTC program students with academic planning; and advising students on internships, to name a few.

Current students can find out more details on our support and resources by visiting our portal page by logging onto PilotsUP.
