International Languages & Cultures: Language Assistance Appointments
How to Schedule a Language Conference
There are two steps to scheduling a conference. Under Step 1, please make an appointment using the "Schedule Online" link below. Under Step 2, click on the "Submit session goals" link to begin the conference report process. Conference reports are now online and submitted electronically. Please note: Language Assistance will not be available until the second week of classes.

Schedule Online
. To make an appointment, go to www.rich37.com/up and register as a first-time user. Under "choose a schedule" select "International Languages" for the current semester. You will then be able to look at the tutoring schedule to find a language assistant and time that best fits your needs. Be sure to remember the Language Assistant's name you schedule a conference with. Please sign up 24 hours in advance, if possible.
-
Submit session goals . Immediately after scheduling, please fill out the "Language Conference Goals" form. Your language assistant will complete the report at the end of your session. You and your instructor will receive a copy by email. If you don't fill out this form, you will need to fill it out in the LRC before receiving help from the language assistant.
Walk-ins
Walk-ins are welcome during normal business hours if a language assistant is available. Students who see a language assistant on a walk-in basis still need to fill out a session goals form. Scheduling online is the best way to ensure that you see a language assistant.
